What To Expect From Your Clean

A deep clean adds time for the details a maintenance visit does not usually cover. It suits a seasonal reset, an overdue clean or an empty property being prepared for its next occupant.

Help us assess the work

Share the property size, room count, current condition and whether it will be furnished or empty. Flag grease, limescale and areas that have not been cleaned recently so the estimate reflects the work involved.

Access makes the difference

Clear surfaces and cupboard interiors if those are being quoted. Let us know about fragile finishes and access limits; moving heavy furniture or appliances must be discussed beforehand.

Agree extras before the visit

Inside ovens and fridges, cupboard interiors, windows and carpet extraction are separate additions. A deep clean does not include repairs, mould remediation, pest treatment or hazardous waste removal, and permanent staining may remain.
