Plan around your team

Share the floor area, number of desks and washrooms, foot traffic and preferred visit times. We will discuss a one-off visit or recurring schedule and confirm access, alarms and lock-up instructions.

Protect work in progress

Clear desks that you want cleaned. Documents, personal belongings and connected equipment are left in place unless you give specific instructions; server rooms and restricted areas require prior agreement.

Set a clear scope

Window cleaning, carpet extraction, consumable restocking and specialist equipment cleaning are separate requests. Include them in your enquiry so availability, responsibility and any additional cost can be confirmed.
